We know that this is an inconvenience, but we have already released a new state-of-the art program to run on Chrome that combines WordQ and ThoughtQ in one with the addition of a PDF reader/writer. After that they will not be supported by Google and will stop working. You will be able to continue using your existing software until January 2025. What does this mean for you, as a user of WordQ or ThoughtQ Packaged Apps for Chrome? While this has been extended by Google to 2025, Quillsoft no longer supports these Apps as they have been replaced by a single WordQ for Google Chrome Progressive Web App (PWA). The timeline that they have provided states that all Chrome Apps will be completely phased out by June 2022.
